The staff has been genuinely caring and supportive which I have appreciated more than I can say. I can think of many instances when you went above and beyond to make my experience as easy and stress free as possible, but to name a few. I was touched beyond word when Jeanette offered to take me home after my surgery when it appeared my care giving arrangements were going to fall through.
