As you consider cosmetic surgery you may be wondering about your payment options. There are a number of payment options. We offer an array of programs designed to meet your individual needs.

- Cash or Check: Personal check, cashier’s check, or cash.
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Patient Payment Plans
Before scheduling your appointment, it is vital you have a budget set aside for your procedure. Since the procedures done at Premier Image are elective, we do not take insurance. We accept a combination of or all cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit. How you will pay for your procedure should be secured before your consultation.
The day you schedule your procedure, you will be required to place a 15-50% deposit to secure your date. On the day of your PRE-Operative visit, you will be required to pay your balance in full with a combination of or all cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, or Alphaeon credit.
No Interest (same as cash) payment plans for up to 6 months. We also offer extended payment plans for 24 or 36 months with varying rates of interest depending on your credit history. Patients must provide two forms of ID with any credit card purchase, including a valid state-issued ID.
