The staff has been genuinely caring and supportive which I have appreciated more than I can say. I can think of many instances when you went above and beyond to make my experience as easy and stress free as possible, but to name a few. I was touched beyond word when Jeanette offered to take me home after my surgery when it appeared my care giving arrangements were going to fall through. Everyone on the staff always has a kind word for me, and although I’m sure you are all just as positive and complimentary with all of your patients, the positive reinforcement really feels good. Dr. Klein and Staff, After putting in countless hours of intense exercise and remaining dedicated to my strict diet regimen, I was still faced with a large protruding abdomen, with all its’ accompanying excess skin and loosen muscles, due to multiple pregnancies. For me, it was a constant source of frustration and disappointment. Three years ago, I decided to research the “tummy-tuck” procedure to try and decide if it was right for me. As a minority, plastic surgery (which is becoming more prominent in our society), is almost considered taboo. Planning to have the surgery was not an easy decision, however, after extensive research and visits to 3 other Plastic Surgeons in the metropolitan area, it wasn’t until the day I stepped foot into your office, that I decided to go through with the procedure. Dr. Klein, you are wonderful! Thank you, for making me feel so special! I know you see lots of patients throughout the day, but the attention that you have given to me, is to be commended. During my first visit, you had a patient who was having car troubles. You stepped into my room and asked if it would b ok with me, of you went out to help your patient with his/her car. At that moment, I knew that you were a caring person and that while the procedures are important, the patient comes first. I put my trust in you, to help me achieve a dream that. I had dreamt of for over three years. On July 29, 2005, you helped me to realize that dream. Thank you. Tammy and Gina thank you for answering my questions, being supportive, and being wonderful cheerleaders! I have had my share of down days, scared days and confused days and the two of you have been there to be reassuring. To the extended staff, thank you for your smiling faces and your wonderful dispositions. I couldn’t ask for a better group of caring professionals to see me through this life altering journey. It’s only been a few weeks, but I am sure that we will continue to build lasting relationships. Again, thank you for your professionalism. Dear Dr. DeJoseph, Words cannot express my appreciation for an you have done for me over the past year. My appearance now matches how I feel inside young, vibrant and full of potential. This has been a life changing experience for me. The ability to change lives and have such a profound impact is an amazing gift and must be incredible gratifying. Beyond your innate talent and obvious passion for what you do, you genuinely care about your patients and take an interest in their lives. That is not so common and very refreshing. I always leave your office feeling uplifted… I can honestly say you are the only doctor I look forward to seeing! So thank you for every thing… I wish there was some way I could impact your life as you have mine. Maybe I’ll finally teach you to water-ski next summer? I promise you’ll love it.
