- All consultations at the medical spa are complimentary and will require a credit card on file to book an appointment. This policy is designed for your convenience, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free booking process. We ask all new and current patients to supply a valid credit card number to be kept on file. Credit card information will be securely stored and not charged unless you cancel or no-show your appointment within our 24-hour cancellation policy.
- Clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time if they cannot attend. Failure to do so will result in a $150 cancellation/no-show fee charged to the card on file.
- We do not offer refunds on services already rendered or cash or credit card refunds on services purchased but not yet rendered. We will, however, offer an account credit on services purchased but not rendered within the last twelve (12) months to be used towards services or products. All skincare products must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for an account credit. We cannot transfer account credits between patient accounts.
