Premier Image Cosmetic and Laser Surgery was founded in 1970 as Georgia's 1st cosmetic surgery practice center to specialize in complete specialty aesthetic plastic surgery for both facial and body procedures. Our 3 board certified plastic surgeons, Dr. William E. Silver, Dr. Louis DeJoseph, and Dr. Marc Klein set the standards of outstanding care and beautiful results.
