A facelift cannot stop the aging process, but it can restore a more youthful appearance and help you look your best.
QT Mini-Facelift™ The "QT Mini Facelift" offers all the benefits of a full facelift with little down time and at about half the cost of the traditional full facelift. The QT Lift™ rejuvenates the lower third of the face including the jowls and neck. Best candidates for "QT Mini Facelift" are usually adults between 40 and 55, with early signs of aging, those who just do not have time away from their busy schedules, and those who just require a touch up.
Browlift A "browlift" or forehead lift is used to correct a drooping brow line (eyebrow area) reducing the horizontal lines and furrows (worry lines) that often make a person appear angry, sad or tired. The procedure creates a refreshed, youthful appearance to the forehead area above the eyes.
Eyelid Surgery Eyelid surgery procedures usually take between one and three hours to complete. They are commonly performed with local anesthesia and sedation, or with general anesthesia. Incisions may be located in the creases of the upper eyelids or just below the lashes of the lower eyelids. Excess fat and sagging skin are then removed. Transconjunctival blepharoplasty, which is a less extensive procedure for patients with just excess fat beneath the lower eyelids and no excess skin, may be performed through an incision made on the inside of the lower eyelid.
Nose Reshaping Surgery to reshape the nose, (rhinoplasty) is among the most common plastic surgery procedures. This procedure can reduce or increase the size of the nose, remove an unwanted hump, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the width of the nostrils, or change the angle between the nose and the upper lip. The procedure restores an improved balance between the nose and other facial features. We take great care to achieve a natural result and to avoid the "surgical" look.
Chin Enhancement The chin looks the most balanced when it projects as far as the lower lip. A retrusive chin often causes the corners of the mouth to turn downward and look "unhappy." There can also be a loss of balance with other facial features.
Cheek Enhancement Cheek enhancement procedures typically take an average of thirty to forty-five minutes to complete and are often performed with local anesthesia and sedation or with general anesthesia. Incisions may be located on the inside of the upper lip or the lower eyelid. If another procedure is performed at the same time, it may be possible to insert the implant through the incision made for that procedure. Once the incisions are made, the implants are inserted over the cheekbones and the incisions are then closed.
Ear Surgery Ear surgery procedures usually take between two and three hours to complete. They are commonly performed with general anesthesia when the patient is a young child. For older children and adults, local anesthesia and sedation may be used instead. Incisions are typically located on the back of the ear. While surgical techniques can vary, the ear may be reshaped by sculpting the cartilage, removing a piece of cartilage, bending the cartilage back toward the head, and/or anchoring the new shape with sutures.
Lip Augmentation Procedural times for lip augmentation will vary, with injectable procedures often taking as little as fifteen minutes to complete and surgical procedures involving implants and inserts taking longer. Many injectables require only a topical or local anesthetic or other numbing agent while surgical procedures may be performed with general anesthesia or with local anesthesia and sedation. For surgical lip augmentation, incisions are typically made at the corners of the lips and the implants are then inserted. For injectables, the filler is injected directly into the lips with a fine needle.
